University of Tennessee student Jared Marshall initially got into golf course maintenance as a summer COVID job.

Frantically looking for a job after the restaurant he worked at experienced COVID restrictions, Jared started to apply for all different kinds of jobs. One of those jobs was for golf course maintenance at Temple Hills Country Club in Franklin, TN.

Since day one he has loved the work.

Now a student a the University of Tennessee, Jared shares insights on his internship experience at TPC Twin Cities 3M Open in the October / November issue of Tennessee Turfgrass.
