The Virginia Turfgrass Council Environmental Institute awarded Senator Russet Perry with its Outstanding Legislator Award during a service project at Manassas Central Library in Prince William County. The award recognizes legislators who go above and beyond learning about challenges faced by the thousands of turfgrass, lawn and landscape professionals in the Commonwealth.
