This year’s Poa Annua Classic returns to FarmLinks Golf Course, where it originated years ago. The Poa is set for March 25th and the schedule includes an education program from 9:00 – 11:00, Lunch from 11:00 – 12:00 pm, and then the opportunity to play this beautiful course.

Many thanks to ATA Board Member, Robert Mitchell, and the superintendent at FarmLinks for making this possible. What an opportunity to attend a great education program followed by a popular tournament on a beautiful course.

In addition, this tournament is important to the Alabama Turfgrass Association as it is our only tournament that raises funds for turfgrass research. Last year’s tournament at Capitol Hill in Prattville raised $4,000.
